Delivery Coordinator
As a Delivery Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers by keeping them informed and coordinating all aspects of vehicle delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise effectively between multiple departments.
About the Role
You’ll be the main point of contact, keeping customers informed, coordinating between departments, and making sure everything is in place for a seamless delivery.
Your day will involve:
- Liaising with Sales, Finance, Pre-Delivery, Parts and Service teams
- Keeping customers updated on their vehicle’s arrival and accessories
- Managing paperwork to ensure all documents are completed and signed
- Scheduling deliveries and ensuring vehicles are prepped and ready
- Following up on finance approvals and payments for cash purchases
- Checking over vehicles and ensuring accessories are fitted on time
- Solving problems quickly to keep deliveries on track
