About the Role

Cricks Maroochydore is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from booking to vehicle pick-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with service bookings and enquiries
  • Provide expert advice on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance
  • Keep customers updated on service progress, costs, and any additional work required
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs
  • Prepare and process service paperwork, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work towards departmental targets and contribute to a high-performing team

About You

  • Previous experience in a service advisory, customer service, or automotive role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
